Have you ever looked at someone and wondered how it was that once upon a time, they meant the world to you?
It often seems so silly on hindsight, but i suppose everyone has to go though that infatuation phase. First love, and what not. The only thing is that when the infatuation dies the friendship or whatever bond you have with the person dies too. Which is quite regrettable, really.
Because often the reason you wanted to know the person better in the first place was that you hit it off well, wasn't it. And it's kind of sad that we let emotions get in the way of a potentially workable friendship, resulting in strangers who barely greet. Even when you are long over the little infatuation, you no longer talk.
It's not just sad, it's stupid and unnecessary. There are just so many people i wish i could "un-meet" and meet all over again, to be friends, and to stay just that.
A stranger's reunion.
